• Assists Manager in maintaining company visual presentation standards.

Assistant Sales Manager
This is an entry-level management position working closely with the Sales Manager in an assigned area of staffing, training, merchandise presentation, inventory control, customer servicing and overall retail management skills.  The Assistant Sales Manager must be a fast learner and be able to develop the required skills to becoming a Sales Manager within an allotted period of time.

Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is directly responsible for the management of 15-30 sales associates and an average sales volume of several million dollars.  He or she conducts job performance reviews, manages staff, personnel issues, and supervises customer service and training.  Works with visual merchandising staff to develop the position of new and existing merchandise and is directly responsible for inventory control, increasing sales and profitability in assigned area. 

B. Moss Clothing Co. is currently hiring for a full-time, third key holder position. This individual will partner with other members of the management team to achieve sales, customer satisfaction and visual standards. Candidates should show strong supervisory skills to train, coach and motivate associates. They should exhibit the ability to manage independently and professionally. 

Requirements: Completion of college or university degree considered an asset. Two to three years transferable management experience with a successful track record would be preferred.
